Girls of the Cape, Part 1

This is our 15th year at the Cape Point Hotel. We go twice a year, in February and November, for a weekend of quilting, shopping, eating, and much, much more.

With a little arm twisting, I got the girls to pose for a group photo.

Aren't we a sexy bunch? At least, this is what we think we look like...

Oops! Here we are in person.
Front row, from left to right: me, Karen, Joanne S., Marion, Terri, Kim P.
Back row, Pat (in yellow), Kim G., Sally, Laurel, Nancy D., Cordula, Joannie C., Joan S., and Jo Ann E.
Our "J" Team.
Just call "Jo" and one of these four lovely ladies will come running to help you.

When your quilt weekend starts on Halloween, anything can happen...
Check out Cordula's nose ring.
Wait--is Kim G.'s face melting?

Our waiter, Jim, appeared to be a bunny rabbit.

Sally made a robe with four arms!

Nancy D. got really wrapped up making Christmas gifts!
Always bring your best buddies to the quilt weekend!

Or your sister!
And don't forget to bring a few projects to work on!
Come back tomorrow and I'll show you some of the projects we worked on when we weren't horsing around.

Pugs and kisses,
Nancy
